OOPZO COMMUNITY

Privacy Policy

What the OOPZO website collects, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Effective September 13, 2026
ImportantThis document is a practical operating policy for the current OOPZO website. It is not financial, tax or legal advice.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how OOPZO Community handles information when you visit oopzo.com, connect a Phantom wallet, use chat or games, claim points, enter giveaways or request rewards.

A blockchain wallet address is pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous. Activity may be linked to public blockchain records or to information you choose to publish.

2. Information we collect

  • Wallet address and proof-of-control sign-in data. The signature is checked for authentication and is not used to authorize a token transfer.
  • Profile information you choose, including display name and avatar.
  • Public content and activity, including chat messages, reports, game scores and giveaway entries.
  • Reward data, including point balances, claim times, requests, administrative adjustments, status and payment transaction signatures.
  • Anonymous website analytics, including a random browser identifier, visit date and page-view count. These statistics are visible only to the verified OOPZO administrator; analytics do not store visitors’ IP addresses.
  • Basic technical and security data, including IP-address-based rate-limit records, timestamps, request origin and session information.
  • The Site does not ask for or intentionally collect recovery phrases, private keys, payment-card information or government identification.

3. How we use information

  • Authenticate wallet control and maintain a signed-in session.
  • Operate profiles, chat, games, leaderboards, points, giveaways and reward reviews.
  • Prevent spam, bots, fraud, duplicate claims, abuse and security incidents.
  • Moderate content, investigate reports and enforce the Terms of Use.
  • Maintain operational records, troubleshoot the Site and comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies and wallet connection

OOPZO uses an essential, secure session cookie after successful wallet-signature verification. It is used to keep you signed in and expires after approximately seven days or when you sign out. A random identifier is also stored in your browser to produce anonymous visit totals. The current Site does not use advertising cookies or sell behavioral profiles.

  • Phantom is a separate service governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
  • Review every Phantom prompt. A normal OOPZO sign-in asks you to sign a message, not approve a transaction.

5. Public information and blockchain

Chat messages, display names, avatars, leaderboard scores and some giveaway information may be public. Token addresses and transaction signatures recorded on Solana are public and cannot be deleted or changed by OOPZO.

  • Do not post sensitive personal information in chat.
  • A request to delete Site records cannot remove information already written to a public blockchain or copied by other users.

6. How information is shared

OOPZO does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and security providers needed to operate the Site.

  • Public information is shared with visitors as described above.
  • Data may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud or defend legal rights.
  • Links to Phantom, Solana and Solscan lead to independent third parties. Their privacy practices are not controlled by OOPZO.

7. Retention and security

OOPZO keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the community, maintain reward and moderation records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Authentication challenges are short-lived, while community and reward records may be retained longer.

  • The Site uses signed-message authentication, secure session cookies, access controls and request-rate limits.
  • No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your wallet, device and recovery phrase.

8. Your choices and requests

  • You may sign out, stop using the Site and avoid posting public content.
  • You may ask the OOPZO administrator to review, correct or delete eligible Site profile information, subject to security, fraud-prevention, legal and recordkeeping needs.
  • Public blockchain data and content already copied by others may not be removable.
  • Do not send a recovery phrase, private key or sensitive identification with a privacy request.

9. Children

The Site is intended only for people 18 or older and is not directed to children. OOPZO does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, email support@oopzo.com so the Site record can be reviewed.

10. United States operation and changes

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from another location, information may be processed in the United States subject to applicable law.

This Policy may be updated as the Site changes. A material update will be shown by changing the effective date. For privacy questions, email support@oopzo.com.
