Rules for using the OOPZO website, community features, points and rewards.
Effective September 13, 20261. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using OOPZO Community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
- You may not use the Site where its use, token rewards or promotions are prohibited by law.
- The Site is not directed to children.
2. What the Site provides
OOPZO Community provides a public community chat, profile features, practice games, community points, token-reward requests and occasional no-purchase giveaways. The Site is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, custodian or money-transmission service.
- Connecting Phantom proves control of a wallet address; it does not transfer funds.
- The Site never needs your recovery phrase or private key.
- You remain responsible for your wallet, device, approvals, taxes and compliance with local law.
3. Community points and reward requests
Points are promotional, off-chain records used only inside OOPZO Community. They are not money, property, securities or transferable tokens and have no cash value.
- The current daily claim is 5 points once every 24 hours per verified wallet.
- The current request level is 100 points for administrative review of a 10 OOPZO reward.
- Submitting a request deducts the required points but does not guarantee approval or payment.
- OOPZO may reject abusive, automated, fraudulent or duplicate-wallet activity and return or cancel points as appropriate.
- Reward levels may change prospectively. Completed on-chain transfers cannot be reversed by the Site.
4. Giveaways
No purchase is necessary to enter a giveaway. Each announced giveaway may include additional official rules, eligibility limits, closing time and prize information; those specific rules control if they conflict with these general Terms.
- One entry is allowed per verified wallet unless the specific rules say otherwise.
- Automated entries, multiple-wallet abuse and manipulation are prohibited.
- A winner may need to confirm wallet control and eligibility before a prize is sent.
- Giveaways are void where prohibited and are not sponsored or administered by Phantom, Solana or Solscan.
5. Acceptable use and public content
Chat messages, display names, avatars and leaderboard activity may be visible publicly. Do not post private, confidential or unlawful information.
- No threats, harassment, hate, impersonation, scams, spam or misleading promotions.
- No malware, attempts to bypass limits, automated scraping, exploitation or interference with the Site.
- You grant OOPZO a non-exclusive license to display and moderate content you submit for operation of the community.
- OOPZO may remove content and suspend or block wallets to protect users and the Site.
6. Token and blockchain risks
OOPZO is a meme/community token. It can be volatile, illiquid or lose all value. Nothing on the Site is an offer, promise of profit or financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- Blockchain transactions are public, generally irreversible and may fail or incur network fees.
- Third-party wallets, networks and explorers operate independently and may be unavailable or insecure.
- Do your own research and never spend money you cannot afford to lose.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. OOPZO does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, token value, reward availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, OOPZO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, wallet compromise, third-party conduct or blockchain failures.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and termination
OOPZO may change, suspend or discontinue Site features and may update these Terms. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
- You may stop using the Site and disconnect your wallet at any time.
- Sections that logically should survive termination, including risk, disclaimer and limitation provisions, will survive.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Massachusetts may hear disputes.
